INFECÇÕES URINÁRIAS, CISTITE, SÍNDROME DO PÂNICO, DORES CERVICAIS, BRUXISMO, ENXAQUECA E ETC.

falvia

English version:

URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS, CYSTITIS, PANIC DISORDER, CERVICAL PAINS, BRUXISM, MIGRAINE AND ETC.

I met Taoist Center and Professor Tsai a year ago, when I suffered from many cervical and migraines. I am a dancer and Pilates teacher, and carried with me the illusion already have enough knowledge about the body. At the time I was in a very aggressive dance project, and Professor Tsai warned me that it would be difficult at first, but I had to be persistent to get past the initial phase of treatment and then improve. Pain and fatigue that I felt were signs of how my energy was not right. But I was not open to learning, I could not understand what it was that energy, and gave up.

A year later, I had a number of urinary infections. There were three months of antibiotics until they exhausted the remedies available options in the market, and my body had not yet reacted. Along with the infections came very difficult panic attacks. I was really afraid of having a serious illness, and all this was too disturbing me to live normally. Until one day I missed the work and went to my mother’s house, crying for help. She (it already follows the path of Tao for some time) took me back to Professor Tsai.

In the first session I felt a lot of pain, I cried a lot, and fell asleep. Followed in acupuncture twice a week, and I was feeling progress. This time I was much more available for treatment, and finally began to improve. Recently also started the practice of Tai Chi and meditation, and I can already feel the benefits even in these early stages. I am without medicine, and no longer had any panic attack. I can relax during acupuncture sessions, I need to practice Tai Chi – because it brings me well-being – and I do not have cervical pain or migraines I felt a year ago.

There are times when the sessions are a little sore, and others less. This is part of the process. This path makes much more sense than camouflage any pain immediately with a remedy. It’s hard to give off this immediacy culture in which we are created, but face the pain is a path to healing. Hide the pain, not.

I feel very grateful to Professor Tsai, to be showing me this way. I feel that my dance, my job, my body, everything will change and progress much now that this door opened. A year ago, when I gave up the treatment, it was very mind full of “absolute truths”, and to fit new lessons we need to have some empty space (and an open heart to receive).

I’m finding a new way to relate to the body in search of an energy balance that no Western anatomy book would present me, and I feel very happy starting this quest.

Very much thank you from the heart.
